Just wanna say out loud that pada hari Isnin yang lepas saye telah memasak lauk Ikan masak Asam Pedas yang sangat SEDAP!!!! First time in my life [and errr..hopefully not the last time ;) ]Same macam masakan emak saye...saye BANGGA! Maceh..

Next stage...masak ari2 sampai boleh sedap mcm arwah nenek huhuhu my best friend wawa dah volunteer jadi guinea pig Muahahahah makanla kau wawa sampai kembung!

I was so proud i wanted to take a pic of the dish tapi daddy was so hungry he ate it first...sabar je la...dah x presentable...xpe...next time boleh amek gambar hehehe

nyway, nak cakap itu je...

and oh lupe lagi satu...last sunday pegi rumah my bf's mother...anak kucing die sangat sangat SANGAT la comel nak mampos. I took a video tapi gelap...malas nak soh bukak lampu sbb aizat tengah bercanda di bawah cahaya lampu swimming pool =D

so...ni je la yg dapat diambil...name dorang Snow...M...yg lagi sekor tu rasenye K kot (muahahaha pakai bedal je) xpe nnti i amek gmbr yg clear, dan cun...sexy pose..

Sabbatical anyone?

On sabbatical.


That's how I feel like doing...be on sabbatical...just relax, learn new things like sewing (hmmm ade patience ke?), swimming (sumthing i need to learn many years ago..floating je reti *sigh*), travelling (badly needed) etc etc...but dun have the luxury to do that...maybe someday...WHEN i'm filthy rich and burn out from too much work etc etc kot ;)


Anyways, lately sibuk flip wedding mags sebab ade banyak bersepah kat umah ni...nak plan for my wedding rase mcm too early pulak..dun wanna jinx it...tapi macam best je..berangan nak this and that...hehe..

Colour: All White, with a tinge of pink, lilac, and maybe even blue (hmmm cantek)

Anyways, bowhring nye ari ni...tatau nak buat ape besides daydreaming...was browsing thru facebook tadi...seronoknye tengok other people enjoing their jobs...wondering when yours truly will be bestowed with that kind of blessing...uurrgghh depressed!..xpe2..my time will come..someday..insyaAllah..okay, moving on..

Lemme tell you about that interview I had recently...with the GM of Human Resource in that company...lady boss..very sophisticated. Age is hard to guess..sbb die heavy smoker...the first thing i saw when i went inside the room is the family pictures lining up neatly on the cupboards and then..the ashtray...ade about 4-5 cigarette butts...baru pukul 10.30am babe...anyways after asking me some questions while lighting up a cigarette, she took a phone call from some Dato' so i took that chance to look around and to check her out hehehe (suke tgk die)...hard to hazard a guess on her age..tp frm the baby pic on her desk (xkan anak die kot kan.hmm..) i would say coming to her 50s...overseas graduate maybe (speak with a tinge of accent)..obsessive-compulsive (sbb die asik la nak betulkan susunan barang atas meja)..pay extra attention to details (from the arrangement of her photo frames, documents, her slick hairstyle, polished nails, etc), family oriented, workaholic (from the half finished tray of Diet Coke and one opened can that she sipped every few minutes..recipe for disaster *shivers*), have a firm standpoint (from the teleconv)...in a way she reminds me of my ex boss, Mr H...ahhh rindunye the good (and bad..) ol' days! Lets not go down memory lane.

Lets talk about this great singer instead, Aizat. I went to see my bf recently, bapak die sibuk soh we all dengar lagu baru Aizat, which i have yet to listen...SANGAT BEST ok...titled "Pergi"...as i've been informed it is the BM version of ori. song called "I Go"..check it out kat youtube...mak die ade post...dun forget to buy the new album okies (tp...i xtau kuar bile)..it's bound to blow you away...chewah! (ayat nak jadi menantu uncle amdan..hehehe)

Okayla...enuf with the ramblings...sebenarnye xtau ape nak tulis...saje nak update gak sbb dah lame xupdate...bile start keje baru tu xde mase nak bersocial ;p now baru boleh.

Sprained ankle

The day before i fell down the stairs...me sibuk gelakkan si Lee, mamat sales ni jatuh tangga sebab die excited sgt nak cuti CNY....la haaaiii jatuh flat on his face. Die jatuh lawak gile....and me & wati happened to stand at the top of the stairs when he fell. Ape lagi bantai gelak la..

The next day, wati ajak lunch @ this halal chinese restaurant @ MPAJ. Dah lapar + excited cepat2 la kemas barang and Awal mintak beli index cards for him. As I walked down the stairs I sibuk isi the sample of index card dalam bag tiba2....jeng...jeng....jeng.....terslipped sbb tangga tu tiles die licin. Prapppppppp bunyi....terlipat my right ankle (mcm duduk tahiyat akhir tuuu...) and my fat ass pun hempap la ankle...immediately rase bengkak tu naik...tuuuu diaaaa...then ade hati pulak nak black out...sabar je la...i cepat2 duduk diam2...dah la malu jatuh tangga...xkan nak pengsan jugak kot...

Anyways, it's been 3 days and the ankle is getting more swollen. Pegi Xray tadi xde fracture..alhamdulillah...doc bagi cold gel and bandage...tunggu another 2 days, if it got worse then I have to see Orthopedic la jawabnye...might be a torn ligament...uhhhh sakittttt...

Moral of the story: Jgn gelakkan orang no matter how unintentional you rase. muahahaha. Tuhan bayar cash. Sakit woooo...

New Year.New Beginning

Salam.

Hey everyone! New Year is finally here! Wow...can't believe that we've come to the end of 2008.

To all Muslims, New Year was celebrated on the 1 day of the month Muharram, which fell on 29th December of the Roman calendar. So, Selamat Menyambut Ma'al Hijrah 1430H!

As usual, while ushering the new year we can't help but think about all those resolutions that we make each year but too lazy or busy to achieve. As for me, tiap2 tahun i buat THE LIST tapi masuk Mac je list pun ntah ke mana2 =D However, thanks to the WWW i remembered i did wrote about of some of the things I wanted to accomplish in 2008. The summary as per below:

1. Improve love life (sabo je la...) :

Hmmm...i guess i can say that we went thru so many 'moments of confusion' but alhamdulillah we've overcome the obstacles and still standing strong ;) hehehe

2. Preserve my friendships (i like this the most!) :

i can say VICTORY! for this one. Despite the fact that we feel as if we lost a best friend because Sara got hitched in Aug (ref: facebook) & now bz with married life, we still maintain a good relationship with her. As for the rest of us girls, we became closer than ever in 2008 now that we have graduated and have more free time (+ money $$$) to hang out & go for vacation. Hurray!

3. Improve relationship with family (esp. bro) : Work in progress.

Anyways, balik semula to original topic. I have the feeling that something magical is gonna happen in the year 2009. Ape ye agak2nye..hmmm..lets ponder together shall we...

Well, first of all i'm starting a new job on 5th Jan. The business looks small..but the turnover is in the millions. I'm kinda excited but nervous at the same time as the job scope is much more wider than previous job, alas, more responsibilities (biting nails...). BUT this is what i wish for, to do something more than just routine works, something more challenging. I have the feelings that i can really learn a lot for this company and to be working for someone the same age as you but already running multi-million dollar business empire is absolutely inspiring!

Next we discuss family. Ok...my big sister is getting married in March to her best friend, who she claims to be her soul mate. Mohd Shayariz, Welcome to the family. Hopefully he can tahan being around a family full of girls sbb family die full of boys! =D We are also expecting a new addition to the family in June when my sis in law gives birth to a prince/princess [i have an inkling that it's the former rather than latter ;)]. Can hardly wait for June to come! Excited! Excited! As for my wish for my bro, really hope u'll change after ur son is born but honestly, after all the things that happened, i'm running out of hope when it comes to you..ape2 je la Wa. Hmm...ape lagi ek..tu je kot.

And here comes...L.O.V.E. So ok, when i say i feel something magical is gonna happen in 2009, i was really including this one in my list (glass clinking, wind blowing, stars twinkling...chewah!). Not that i'm saying i wanna get married in 2009..no no. But I 'm hoping that things will move towards that direction..insyaAllah kalau ade jodoh la kannn. Amin. And I wanna be well prepared sebelum nak jaga anak orang...nak kumpul duit, kumpul harta, blaja masak (who wants to be my guinea pig pls raise ur hand! 1.Ayu 2. Donat 3. Ija 4. Wawa..ok dah2..cukup) hehehe prepare to be enchanted by my superb culinary skills guys..hmm mmm good!

Last but definitely not least, F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Firstly, the Friday Night ritual remains. Just need to upgrade on the ways to blow off our steams girls (grinning devilishly...) ;P And just wanna shout out loud here that ma friends are the greatest friends ever graced this planet Earth! Cheers to you foxy ladies! As a tribute to you guys i'm gonna quote from Carrie Bradshaw of Sex & The City (haha...sabo je la kan...) "Life doesn't always turn out to be your fantasy. That's why you need friendships that are real to get you thru it all". Thanks for being there and for being YOU. Fashions may come and go but friendship is forever. Haha! Sounds familiar?

To summarize my new year resolution, I basically wish for the luck to never runs out. Success in new career, relationships and good health to help me savour the victory at the end of each journey. Wish you guys will have a great year ahead. Dun let any obstacles stand in your way. As for me, I'm waiting to experience my magical moments in 2009. InsyaAllah. Wish me luck! *wink*
